Great. Here are real answers. No pressure. No perfection required.

Randi Williams, therapist and clinical supervisor in Georgia, seated at a wooden desk with therapy books, a laptop, and a cup of tea. Warm, inviting office setting with natural light.

My Approach

  • I work with neurodivergent adults (diagnosed or not), deep feelers, overthinkers, and fellow therapists.
Some of my clients have had a formal diagnosis for years; others are just starting to explore what being autistic or ADHD might mean for them.

I also work with highly sensitive people (HSPs), and with parents navigating how to support their neurodivergent kids—especially when they’re trying to do it differently than how they were raised.

If you’ve ever thought “maybe I’m just too much” or “why is everything so hard for me?”—you’re in the right place.

  • I help clients explore and manage:

    • Emotional overwhelm

    • Depression and anxiety

    • Executive functioning challenges

    • Perfectionism and people-pleasing

    • Rejection sensitivity

    • Parenting stress

    • Feeling lost or stuck in unhelpful cycles

Many of my clients are breaking generational patterns, navigating identity shifts, or learning they might be neurodivergent for the first time.

  • We get to know each other. I’ll ask what’s bringing you to therapy, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope to get out of the process.

💬 You don’t have to retell your entire life story or have perfect answers on day one. We’ll figure it out together.

Most folks start with a free 20-minute consultation—a no-pressure call to make sure the vibe feels right, ask questions, and talk through fit.

  • You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to know exactly what to say. Just show up—we’ll start where you are.

Session Logistics

  • Nope—I’m 100% virtual across Georgia via a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform.

  • Right now, I can only work with clients who are physically located in Georgia during sessions. I’m working on expanding licensure—feel free to ask where I’m at in that process.

  • Not at this time. I offer weekday sessions so I can show up fully present and prepared—for you and every client.

  • Most sessions are 50–55 minutes.
We can also do shorter check-ins (20–30 min) or longer deep dives (up to 90 min) depending on what works best for your needs and energy.

  • Most clients meet weekly or every other week.

If we’re diving into something big, we may meet more frequently for a while. If life gets busy, we might slow the pace down. We’ll adjust as needed.

  • Some clients come short-term, others stick around long-term for deeper work. I’ll check in with you regularly about what’s working—and remind you that therapy doesn’t have to be forever (unless you want it to be).

  • Yes! 20 minutes, no commitment. Just a chance to connect and see if we’re a good fit.

Click the “Let’s do it” button below to book a free consultation—or just shoot me an email at Randi@KestrelPsychotherapy.com if that feels easier.

  • I ask for 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
If something comes up last-minute, we’ll talk about it—but I may need to charge for missed sessions to honor the time I’ve set aside just for you.

  • Sessions are flexible. You choose the pace, the length, and the rhythm—and we’ll adjust together.

Cost & Insurance

  • Therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I work to make that investment clear, flexible, and transparent.
My 55-minute sessions range from $150 to $175—you choose the rate that works for your budget. I also offer longer initial sessions, short-term booster sessions, and limited reduced-rate spots for those experiencing financial strain.

Please see the Services and Rates page for a full breakdown.

  • I’m out-of-network, but I can provide a superbill (a fancy receipt) you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. The key word here is "possible”.

  • I want our work to be centered on you, not what an insurance company thinks is necessary or reimbursable.

TL;DR: You shouldn’t have to squeeze yourself into a clinical box just to get care.
No diagnosis hoops. No forced timelines. Just therapy that works for your brain and life.

  • You get real therapy without the insurance red tape. And if cost is a concern, let’s talk.

Progress & Goals

  • It might feel subtle at first.
Maybe you’re spiraling less. Maybe you said “no” without guilt. Maybe you started showing up more like you.

I’ll track the wins with you—especially the ones you miss.

  • We can! If structure helps, we’ll set goals and revisit them. If not, we’ll let the process unfold organically.

Emotional Safety

  • Yes—with a few exceptions (like if you're at risk of serious harm).
We’ll review the limits together so you always know where the line is.

  • Nope. You set the pace.
We can go slow. And if I nudge a bit, you’re always welcome to say “not today.”

My Background & Experience

  • I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Professional Counselor Supervisor (CPCS) in Georgia.
I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently working on a PhD in Leadership & Decision-Making.

  • Yes—and I know there’s always more to learn.

I approach every client with humility and curiosity. I understand that even people who share identities have different lived experiences. I won’t expect you to educate me, but I welcome the chance to learn what matters to you.

The diversity of my clients’ stories and identities makes me a better human and therapist. That kind of learning never ends.

  • Hopefully I’ll answer those here.
